On the North Fife shore road between Newburgh and Gauldry take the road signed for Balmerino (NOT the one for Kirkton of Balmerino) and continue down past the Abbey, farm and converted steadings to the corner with the yellow house. Do NOT follow the road right here but keep the yellow house on your right and (bearing left) go straight on down the single track road towards the shore. We are the third house on the right hand side, so you go over the stream, past the Mill and the Old Mill Cottage until you see the sign for The Bay Cottage on the right hand side right on the corner with the river. White house with a red, tile roof. You can park in the driveway in front of the white studio building. Knock on the door and we will put the kettle on.
